Toronto eatery requested to pay $10,000 in the wake of approaching Black benefactors to prepay for their dinners!

The Ontario Human Rights Tribunal has requested a downtown Toronto eatery to pay $10,000 to a Black man in the wake of decision it victimized him by asking the man and his three companions, all Black, to prepay for their dinners.

In her decision discharged not long ago, adjudicator Esi Codjoe discovered Hong Shing Chinese Restaurant victimized Emile Wickham, writing in her choice that he "was dared to be a potential hoodlum in holding up in spite of any proof to that impact." The eatery says it is engaging the result.

The evening of his 28th birthday celebration, Emile Wickham and three companions went out to the eatery at Dundas St. furthermore, Center Ave., a piece east of University Ave to celebrate. Where they were asked to prepay for there food.
