On the coming October 17, the Cannabis act will be initiated. For this, the health Canada has outlined a document consisting of 400 pages discussing the rules and regulations of the use of cannabis and industrial plant managing at the federal level, but provincial and municipal governments will be imposing their own legislation.

?       Criminal Record:

?       Branding and packaging

The government has strictly recommended that cannabis will not be in branding or packaging, it must be sold in sealed child-resistant, opaque or translucent packaging, with a red cannabis symbol and a yellow warning label.
