Although the federal government had conceded the
Bill C-45 of legalized cannabis, nevertheless,
there are still many question marks as to how and what is it going to look
like.
As the feds permitted the provincial governments to establish
many of the courses of action surrounding the utilization, allocation, and
nurturing of cannabis, legalization will be in different savor in every
province by means of several provincial laws in correspondence with the rules
set in C-45.
Despite the fact that many provincial rules are yet to be
determined, here are brief outlines of each provinces’ breakdown of where and
how you can legally acquire, possess, and guzzle cannabis in the country.
