Meghan Markle’s dad spoke to the media about “Duchess of Sussex”. He labeled the royal family as ‘outdated’, he blamed the family for pressurizing his daughter to handle the new role and criticised her for the new dress code. Meghan’s friend told this about dad Thomas sharing the father-daughter private conversation with the media and breaking Meghan’s trust as it is one of the most important things to her. “Meghan loves her dad but he’s making it more and more difficult for her to have a relationship with him”, a source shared. “Trust is one of the most important things to Meghan and how can she trust him when he goes and shares their private conversations with the media like he’s done in the past.”
Meghan had no clue how to handle the chaos as she was very frustrated with her dad. She is not living a perfect life like a fairy, her heart is broken to see the betrayal of her father.
The friend also concludes that Meghan has a lot to manage including the new relationship with Prince Harry. At this point, she can’t trust her father but she is gradually working to maintain a healthy relationship with him, but for now, her loyalty is to her husband and the royal family.
73-year-old Thomas feels that Meghan is not happy with her decision and she has lost her smile, he states that he has seen her smile for years but he doesn’t like the smile he is seeing now, it’s the painful smile. Thomas told, “I think she is terrified.” I see it in her eyes, I see it in her face and I see it in her smile. I’ve seen her smile for years. I know her smile. I don’t like the one I’m seeing now,” he added. “This is a pained smile.”
He revealed his daughter is under too much pressure and she has to pay a high price to be married to that family. He claims Meghan’s behavior has changed, she does not answer his calls but he wants to let her know that “If I had one message for her it would be that I’m sorry for anything that went wrong. I’d like to put our differences behind us and get together. I miss you very much.”
