What: Cineplex Community Day 2018

Time: 9 am to 11 pm

Following on from its annual tradition that has been going on for 8 years now, Cineplex is offering its customers the chance to watch a free movie on Cineplex Community Day!

Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis. You’ll still have to pay for concessions like popcorn, drinks, and candy though, which will be sold at the reduced price of $2.50. Select concession sales and any donations will go to the WE charity – formerly known as Free the Children – to help them do the good work that they do.

Cineplex has revealed this year’s line-up of free movies and it includes movies from Paramount Pictures that cater to movie-goers of all ages:

• Sherlock Gnomes (2018)
• Daddy’s Home 2 (2017)
• Transformers: The Last Knight (2017)
• Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016)
• Book Club (2018)

Films will be shown in 2 languages, English and French, depending on the consumer market so be sure to visit the website before going to your local Cineplex on 27^th October to check showtimes and languages available.

Participating theaters will be selling movie-themed merchandise like plush toys, action figures, keychains, drink toppers, and popcorn holders, proceeds from which will also go to the WE charity.
